彭朝晖，男，土家族，湖南永顺人，1980年9月生，博士、副教授。2003年毕业于北京理工大学应用物理系，获学士学位，2006年毕业于北京理工大学理学院凝聚态物理专业，获硕士学位，2013年毕业于湖南师范大学物理与信息科学学院理论物理专业，获博士学位。

主讲课程：《普通物理学》、《量子信息处理》、《量子光学基础》。

科学研究：主要从事量子光学、量子信息研究工作，发表科研论文20余篇，SCI/EI收录20余篇,主持国家自然科学基金1项、湖南省自然科学基金1项。
